Delivery Details

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be prepared within 1 to 2 working days.

After dispatch, delivery takes an average of 7 to 12 working days.

Orders placed on Friday afternoon, at weekends or on public holidays may require additional processing time.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is free on all orders.

No minimum order value is required and no additional delivery charges will be applied.

Where required by the destination country, any customs duties, import taxes or other applicable charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

During periods of high demand, such as sales, public holidays or special events, slight delays may occur. In these cases, we will do everything possible to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and keep you informed of its progress.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number where available.

You can then track your order directly with the relevant carrier.
